Major Rotherham deal for SGM and Hayter

SGM (UK) has won an order worth more than £1million for Hayter mowers and other equipment to be supplied to Ringway who operate the contract to maintain the parks and public open spaces for Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.

Having both served Rotherham and worked with SGM and Hayter for several years Ringway recently renewed the contract with SGM for a further three years. This has allowed SGM to bring in all new equipment for the Rotherham grounds maintenance contract. The contract includes eighteen LT324 Triple Turf ride-on mowers and six tractor drawn gang mowers.

The council and our operators were involved in the decision and Hayter were clear winners on quality and performance. The LT324 delivers superb performance at high work rates under all conditions, whilst maintaining an impressive quality of cut.”
