Course Care is one company taking their environmental responsibilities seriously, offering water saving products. They have recently had their ClearWater washpad water recycling system officially approved by the government sponsored Water Technology List (WTL), having met the water saving criteria.

Commenting on this achievement, Course Care’s David Mears told us; “We are proud to have our ClearWater system officially approved and listed, enabling us to use the coveted WTL logo. Washpad water recycling is the way forward as not only does it prevent pollution but saves a valuable resource. The added bonus is that by choosing a ClearWater system this, together with washpad build and installation qualifies for the ECA scheme”.

Purchasers of a ClearWater system can now take advantage of the ECA (Enhanced Capital Allowance) scheme. The scheme enables businesses to claim 100% first year capital allowances on investments in technologies and products that encourage sustainable water use and appear on the WTL list. Businesses are now able to write off the whole cost of their investment against their taxable profits of the period during which they make the investment. Enhanced Capital Allowances will encourage businesses to invest in water saving technologies.
