New mowers make Yeovil centenery special

 Yeovil Golf Club's 2007 centenary celebrations were made more special after the arrival of two new Toro Reelmaster Sidewinder mowers.

“We celebrated our centenary this year, so it was a lovely present for the greens staff,” said course manager Neil Turner. “They are great machines, so much better than anything we've had before. We use them for cutting the semi-rough,around bunkers and slopes, and the results have been brilliant. No more scuff marks, complete safety, great traction, and they are so comfortable to use, even for a four or five hour stretch.”
